From Codies' official F-1 games to Automobilista, most of them got C&D from the official Formula One Management.

Looks like FOM is on full force to keep shooting their feet these years after F1's popularity constantly plummeting every year, shitty new qualification system and recently the drivers complaining F1 official's decisions

They're pretty awful when it comes to understanding stuff like this. I think they'd just prefer it if the internet didn't exist. They have a similarly aggressive policy when it comes to uploaded race videos even though they don't actually sell their own footage for people to watch.
